Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Custodia CMMC 1 Suite within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.
2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be made within 7 days of your initial subscription date
- You must contact us directly to request a refund
- Refunds are only available for the first subscription payment
- Subsequent monthly payments are not eligible for refund unless covered by the guarantee period
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include your account email address and subscription details
- Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
We will process your refund request within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Your account access will be terminated upon refund completion
- You may export your data before the refund is processed
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day guarantee period
- Partial months of service
- Fees charged by third-party payment processors
- Any additional services or add-ons purchased separately
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation can be done through your account settings
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for the remaining days in your billing period
- You will retain access to the Service until your subscription expires
To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
